High-confidence pattern
The early-session problem
Valuable sessions disappear into gathering history and trying to separate immediate frustration from deeper mismatch.
Clients know what they want to escape, but struggle to describe the life and work they are trying to build.
Advice can arrive before the contradictions, constraints and untested assumptions have become visible.
Use technology for the gathering and connecting. Keep the human work for judgement, challenge and change.
Start the session with a structured picture of the client’s values, energy, capabilities, constraints and tensions.
Use uncertainty and counter-evidence as coaching material instead of accepting the first attractive answer.
A beautiful personal dossier, specific pathways and a 90-day evidence plan continue working between sessions.
The workflow
The platform creates depth and structure. You help the client make meaning, choose what to test and follow through.
Send a private client link from your portal. One credit is reserved until they accept or you cancel.
Your client takes around 90–120 minutes across 14 thoughtful chapters, privately and in as many sittings as they need.
The client chooses whether to share a purpose-built Coach Brief. Their raw answers remain private.
Use tailored questions, tensions and uncertainty to run a focused dossier-debrief session.
Turn pathways into low-risk experiments and review the evidence together over 90 days.

For a growing practice
Keep the journey personal for each client while sharing the practical capacity of a small coaching team.
Practice members draw from the same prepaid client journeys. Each invitation reserves one credit; cancelling an unused invitation returns it to the pool.
Each client is assigned to one coach. Owners and operations colleagues see activity counts and billing, while shared Briefs remain with the assigned coach.
An owner can request a new assignment. The client sees who is proposed and approves or declines before access moves.
Add your practice name, website, logo and a restrained accent to the Coach Brief alongside Your Next Chapter and ProfessionalOS attribution.
Beyond the first insight
Clients can turn AI-suggested options into small experiments, set time and money limits, and record what they learn about personal fit and market reality separately. They can share individual experiments and 30/60/90-day reviews with their coach, add private notes, and agree next actions together.
A careful view of progress
The practice workspace counts invitations, acceptance, completed journeys, shared Briefs, active experiments and paid credits. These are directional operational signals, not client scores or diagnoses. Raw responses and small-cohort themes do not appear in practice reporting.
A short curriculum covers product limits, consent, dossier debriefing, contradictions, experiments and safe AI interpretation. A six-question assessment leads to a renewable 12-month certificate of product learning, not professional accreditation.
See coach learningEvery practice has a referral code. If a new coach uses it before their first paid pack, a qualifying purchase earns the referring practice one client journey credit. Rewards are account credit, not cash.
We can discuss permissions, identity, residency, retention, procurement, support and branding requirements with your organisation. These options are discovery-led and are not part of the current self-service offer.
