Your Next ChapterNo change-of-mind refunds
We do not provide refunds because you changed your mind, did not complete or use the service, expected a different interpretation, no longer wish to change career, or decided the service was not personally useful after paid access or AI processing began.
Before you buy
The website explains the paid inclusions and gives you free access to the opening assessment and initial results before purchase. Please review the description, price and your circumstances carefully. If you are uncertain, do not purchase until your questions are resolved.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
If the paid service has a major problem, you may be entitled to cancel and receive a refund for the unconsumed portion, or choose another remedy available under law. If a problem is not major, we are entitled to a reasonable opportunity to fix it. A difference of opinion about career possibilities or an AI-generated interpretation is not, by itself, a service failure.
Duplicate or unauthorised charges
Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice or a payment was genuinely unauthorised. We may ask for information reasonably needed to investigate and will correct confirmed billing errors.
How to request a remedy
Contact us with the email used for your account, the approximate purchase date and a clear description of the problem. Please do not send complete card numbers or passwords. We will assess the request against this policy and applicable consumer law.
